Delivery Times
We currently deliver Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm and Sunday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Saturday deliveries are from the hours of 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Sunday deliveries are from the hours of 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Delivery for catering orders varies based upon your need.
Missed Package
Make sure to set your order for delivery somewhere you’ll be, like your home or office to avoid delivery delays. We will send communication to your preferred message the day of your scheduled delivery to confirm.
PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. You will need to enter either a commercial or residential address. Be sure to double check your address to avoid delivery delays.
Delivery Fees
We offer local delivery in Tallahassee, FL. Orders scheduled for local delivery on Saturday must be submitted by Wednesday at 3:00 pm. Orders scheduled for local delivery on Sunday must be submitted by Thursday at 3:00 pm. Orders of $75 or more receive Free Shipping within Tallahassee, FL. Orders of $100 or more receive Free Shipping in the areas surrounding Tallahassee, FL. Local orders in Tallahassee, FL will be charged a $10 delivery fee, and orders in the areas surrounding Tallahassee, FL will be charged a $15 delivery fee. Delivery fees for catering orders vary.

Gifts & Gift Cards
Nothing says “I’ve got your back” quiet like a freshly baked, handcrafted treat. If you’d like to send your order as a gift, include the recipient's information and the special message before adding the goodies to your cart. Not sure what their favorite cookie is? No problem! Give them the gift of an E-Gift Card.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. If you encountered a problem with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right. Please be sure to include pictures of the damaged product in your email.

If you change your mind about your Merch purchase, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return the item in the original packaging.
If the product was broken during delivery, please indicate that in your return.
