How does the Cookie Connection Cookie Club work?
Each month, you will receive a carefully curated 8-pack box of Cookie Connection cookies, with 15% off and free shipping on every box. As a bonus, some months you’ll get exclusive early access to our Limited Edition flavors! We’ll email to let you know what your cookie box of the month is, one week before it ships. Once your cookies are freshly baked and packed, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can choose between two subscription options: monthly billing or prepaid (Get an additional 5% off!). The Cookie Connection Club is available for Nationwide Shipping within the contiguous United States only. We’re not currently able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
If you’re not obsessed with your pre-selected cookie box of the month, you can choose a different flavor before the 5th of each month. You can also update your shipping address at any time.
*Any changes made to your account won’t affect your first order. Once your first order is submitted, no edits can be made.

When will I get my cookie club box?
Your cookies will ship out the second week of every month.
Please Note: Your first order will arrive on the delivery date selected at checkout, and subsequent orders will ship between the 8th and 14th of each month.
When do I know what flavors I'm getting?
Members will receive an email one week before their order ships, revealing the cookie box of the month. For monthly subscriptions, you can choose the flavor of your first box before adding it to your cart. The flavor you select for your first order will be set as your default for future months, unless you decide to change it.
For prepaid subscriptions, your first order will feature the current month's flavors.
Can I give a cookie subscription as a gift?
For gifting, we recommend purchasing the prepaid cookie membership. We will email the recipient at the time of your order, so we recommend ordering close to the occasion. You can include a gift message when adding your subscription to your cart.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Members on the month-to-month plan can cancel or pause their subscription after 3 months of enrollment. Prepaid memberships are not eligible for cancellations. If you'd like to pause your subscription after the 3-month minimum, please reach out to our team at info@cookiesconnectus.com.
