We don’t release flavors just because the calendar says so. Each limited edition cookie is chosen with intention, inspiration, and a lot of testing.

Inspired by Seasons (and Cravings)

Some flavors are inspired by:

• Seasonal ingredients

• Nostalgic desserts

• Customer favorites we want to reinvent

• Flavors that simply feel right for the moment

We ask ourselves: Would this flavor make someone pause after the first bite? Would it feel special to share?

If the answer isn’t yes, we keep experimenting.
