We ship online orders Monday through Wednesday* to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next available shipping day. Because our cookies are handmade and perishable, all orders are shipped to arrive within two (2) days.

*Monday and Tuesday only during July and August due to the heat.

To maintain quality during transit, all cookie dough is carefully packaged frozen, sealed in insulated thermal liners, and packed with ice packs to preserve freshness until it reaches your door.
