• Surprise Cookie Assortment = A fresh cookie surprise every month! One month it’s a classic twist, the next it’s a sneak peek at brand-new seasonal flavors before anyone else gets a bite. You never know what’s coming — and that’s half the fun!

Monthly members are charged on the expiration date of their current month. You’ll receive a reminder email one week before your order ships, letting you know the cookie assortment of the month. If you’d like, you can choose a different assortment at that time. The flavor you select for your first order will automatically be your default for future months, unless you decide to change it.

Please note: Members on the month-to-month plan can only cancel or pause their subscription after 3 months of enrollment.

Our cookies are handcrafted in a kitchen that uses shared equipment to process dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. While we take every precaution to minimize cross-contamination, our bakery is not allergen-free. If you have a severe allergy, please let us know once you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cookies can be kept fresh in an airtight container for up to one week, or frozen if you’re saving them for later.

For the ultimate gooey cookie experience, warm them in a 350°F oven for a few minutes until soft and gooey. In a hurry? A quick 15 seconds in the microwave works too.

If your cookies are frozen, heat in the oven for about 5–10 minutes — it takes a little longer, but it’s totally worth the wait.
