• Bake for 8–14 minutes, depending on the size of your dough:

  • 1 ounce: 8–10 minutes for soft and chewy

  • 2 - 3 ounce: 10–12 minutes for golden perfection

  • 4 ounce: 12–14 minutes for that bakery-style wow

• Cool for a few minutes (if you can wait), then dig in while warm and melty.

Pro tip: Every oven’s a little different — keep an eye on them toward the end. Edges should be lightly golden, centers just set.
